January is Spring in the Real Esate business!

To all who are thinking about selling your homes GET IT LISTED!  As soon as possible is my recomendation.  Aready buyers are calling & getting started on the search for a home.  The rumble at out local realtor meetings is just how busy we all are showing homes.  If you wait until April you might miss the market.
