I have been quite busy as the world of real estate has picked up here in the Columbus area. New home starts reported by the builders are in full swing. The BIA Parade of Homes had 12 homes to view. At last count only 3 were left for purchase. The Builders out did themselves in creating finished outdoor spaces for evening entertaining & group gatherings. Most basements were finished too. A nice price range from high $400,000s to $800,000. All of the high teck computer systems were already in from music to home monitoring. Lots of brightt colors & attention to the ceilings. Call me to view what is left to purchase.
